Welcome to New Follows. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Products
We sell content-creation equipment and kits for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and similar services. Product images are for illustration; colors and minor details may vary slightly from what you see on screen. We make every effort to display product information accurately but do not guarantee that descriptions, pricing, or availability are free of errors. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors at any time.
New Follows is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or any other platform mentioned on our site. All brand names belong to their respective owners.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated and do not include applicable taxes or shipping, which are calculated at checkout. Prices may change without notice, but changes won’t affect orders already confirmed. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase through the payment methods offered at checkout. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or problems verifying your information. If we cancel an order after payment, we’ll refund you in full. An order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance; acceptance occurs when we ship your items.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss and title pass to you once the carrier accepts the package. Please make sure your shipping address is correct — we aren’t responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address you provided.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Warranties
Many of the products we sell come with a manufacturer’s warranty; details are included with the product or available from the manufacturer. Except as expressly stated or required by law, products are provided “as is,” and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions don’t allow limits on implied warranties, so some of this may not apply to you.
9. Use of Equipment
You are responsible for using products safely and in accordance with their instructions and applicable laws, including any rules about recording, filming, or publishing content in your location. We aren’t responsible for how you use the products or any content you create with them.
10. Your Account and Conduct
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, to attempt unauthorized access, to scrape or copy content, or to submit false information.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our site — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — belongs to New Follows or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
12. Reviews and User Content
If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with our business. You confirm the content is yours, is accurate, and doesn’t violate anyone’s rights. We may remove content at our discretion.

Our site may link to third-party websites or tools. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use them at your own risk.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, New Follows and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or lost content, arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless New Follows from any claims, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site or products, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, please contact us first — we’d rather solve it directly. Any dispute that can’t be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the effective date below. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
18. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and New Follows regarding your use of the site.
